We would like to offer our sincere apologies following a regrettable incident that occurred yesterday involving one of our drivers and a valued customer, Ms. Kaz Nyambura.
We at New Nnus Ltd are deeply saddened and disturbed by the recent incident that occurred on 10th November 2025 involving one of our drivers and a valued customer. The behaviour displayed was completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values or standards we uphold as a company.
Our Chairman has personally reached out to the affected customer to express our sincere apologies and concern for the distress caused. We take this matter very seriously. The driver involved has been suspended with immediate effect and will appear before a disciplinary committee for further action in accordance with our company policies.
We sincery apologize to the victim, her family, and to all our customers for this regrettable incident. At New Nnus Ltd, we remain committed to ensuring that every passenger is treated with respect, dignity, and compassion at all times.
We are reviewing our internal procedures on all staff to prevent any re-ocurrence of such behaviour in the future.
